Save Time, Money With Electronic Payment Options


Looking for a quick and easy way to pay your bill each month? NSTAR has a number of electronic payment options available to suit your needs. E-Bill provides a secure means of managing your account over the Internet. One Time Payment allows you to quickly make a single payment online. And you can also pay your bill using your bank's online payment tool.

Report an Outage If you experience a power outage, you can now report it here on our web site. After reporting an outage, this new tool can also provide you with estimated times of restoration and the option for a phone call or text message when more information is available.		Energy Efficiency Advice Whether you're managing a hotel, a restaurant or anything in between, NSTAR's Energy Advisor can help you keep your facilities running at peak efficiency.


Call Before You Dig Before you or a contractor start digging, call Dig Safe at 811 or 888-DIG-SAFE. Mass. law requires you call Dig Safe at least 72 business hours before digging.
