NSTAR Electric is seeking to acquire approximately 24,000 square feet (plus
or minus) located in the South Boston Waterfront Development District for the construction
of a future, electric substation to serve the new Waterfront Development District.
The subject area of interest is bounded as follows: Northern Avenue to the north, the Haul Road/B Street to the west, West 1st Street to the south, and Pappas Way/Dry Dock Avenue to the east.
