Below is a listing of all NSTAR projects that requires the acquisition of temporary and permanent use or ownership of third party property.

South Boston
NSTAR Electric is seeking to acquire approximately 24,000 square feet (plus or minus) located in the South Boston Waterfront Development District for the construction of a future, electric substation to serve the new Waterfront Development District.

The subject area of interest is bounded as follows: Northern Avenue to the north, the Haul Road/B Street to the west, West 1st Street to the south, and Pappas Way/Dry Dock Avenue to the east.
