Wireless Leasing Program

NSTAR Electric & Gas has several master agreements in place with various wireless companies. If any NSTAR property or facility is of interest for wireless attachments or new tower development, please fill out the Property Request Form.

Wireless Leasing Program attachment space is available in:

Hopkinton, Mass. - An existing Communications Tower off Wilson Street. The tower is 130 feet high and is located at 42 degrees, 14 minutes and 40 seconds latitude by 71 degrees, 31 minutes and 2 seconds longitude.
Framingham, Mass. - Two existing antenna structures at 400 Brimstone Lane (also known as Nobscot Hill). One tower structure is 140 feet high and is located at 42 degrees, 20 minutes and 49 seconds latitude by 71 degrees, 27 minutes and 00 seconds longitude. The second tower structure is 67 feet high located at 42 degrees, 20 minutes and 49 seconds latitude by 71 degrees, 27 minutes and 00 seconds longitude.
Westwood, Mass. - An existing rooftop off University Avenue in Westwood, Mass. near Route 128/Interstate 95 and Interstate 93. It is the highest point in the area.
