Throughout the year, NSTAR hosts a series of Informational Forums with builders and contractors. Aimed at helping NSTAR, builders, and contractors jointly serve our customers well, these forums provide regular updates on policies and procedures for new service connections, as well as the opportunity to meet with NSTAR’s New Customer Connections management team.
