Without a Home Heating Protection Plan, NSTAR cannot provide you around the clock heating repair service.

Now through March 1, NSTAR is offering 7 months of coverage for your heating system for
just $99. By signing up you’ll get around the clock repairs with no charge for parts or labor should your heating system fail. Please note, there is a 10 day waiting period before the plan takes effect. Plan requires signing for auto-renewal with a MasterCard or Visa. Plans will renew as regular 12 month, 10
percent discount Comfort Plans unless cancelled by customer request.

Up Form. Home Heating Protection Plans are offered to NSTAR Gas customers only, and please make sure to have your
NSTAR Gas account number handy.
Two Convenient Plans to Choose From
NSTAR has two Home Heating Protection Plans available to
best suit your needs.
Comfort Plan - Heating system protection. $170 per year. ($153 per year with auto renewal)
- Covers repairs including all parts and labor for your gas heating system*
- Optional check and preventive maintenance of your heating system available for an additional charge at your request
Extended Plan - Heating system and hot water heater protection, plus annual checking and adjusting. $299 per year. ($269 per year with auto renewal)
- Covers repairs including all parts and labor for your heating system and gas hot water heater*
- Includes annual checking and preventive maintenance (March through August only) of your heating system and hot water heater
If you choose not to purchase a Home Heating Protection Plan from NSTAR, we kindly encourage you to be prepared by making arrangements with a licensed plumber or heating contractor before heating equipment repairs are needed. You may check your local phone book for listings.
*Heating system and hot water repair plans cover all parts and labor. Boiler sections, heat exchangers, leaking hot water tanks, and piping excluded.
** The 10 percent discount is available on Comfort and Extended Plans only.
