Based on valuable customer feedback, NSTAR began sending most residential customers a newly redesigned bill in March 2007. The new bill is easier to understand, provides customers with helpful bill analysis information and includes a graph charting energy use over a 13 month period.

This new information is included on the front "Summary" page of customers bills. Page two - the "Detail" page of the bill - provides all of the information customers received in the past.
