Payment Plans

NSTAR can work with you to spread out payments on overdue portions of your bill. If you have a past due balance, you can setup a Payment Plan online.

The benefit of choosing this option is that we will issue an automatic order to reconnect your service if it has been shut off for non-payment without the need to speak to a representative. During this process, you will be asked to provide your banking information, as a down payment is required.

Options provided via this online service are the same as a representative will offer you over the phone.
